WOLFGANG NOSKE E-MAIL: MAIL@PATENT.AT The invention relates to a device for producing snow with a rasp, on which an ice-piece can be pressed by means of a punch, and wherein the rasp and the ice-piece in a relative movement can be brought to each other. The invention further relates to an electric machine for producing snow based on the same principle as well as a method for producing snow. In the gastronomic field, there is a continuous need for new or newly designed food. Thus, it is known in the art to produce not only ice cream but also water-based edible snow with additives that provide color, flavor and sweetness. With creamy ice Cream is the top priority. It can be achieved in conventionally produced ice cream by adding emulsifiers or stabilizers to the ice cream. The use of additives, such as emulsifiers or stabilizers, does not meet the wishes of the health-conscious consumer. As in other sectors of the food industry, there is a desire in the ice cream industry for ice cream without artificial additives. US 5,050,809 shows a machine for the production of crushed ice. For this purpose, frozen ice is fed onto a rotating and motor-driven drum with a large number of blades. The disadvantage here is that only a collection of small pieces of ice is generated. GB 374673 discloses a device for producing snow or ice cream. For a cooling gas is mixed intensively and quickly with a liquid in a hand-operated mixer. A disadvantage is that the device is expensive to fill and the snow is consuming to remove. JP 2002/000191 A teaches a process for the production of ice cream of a snowy state. An ice-cream slice is cut into thin slices. A disadvantage is the unknown handling of the ice-cream piece when feeding to a corresponding device and the handling of the Eis-Stük-kes during the cutting process. US 5,242,125 is concerned with a portable snow-making device. For this, frozen water ice is fed onto a rotating and motor driven drum with a multitude of blades. The disadvantage of this teaching is that the amount of ice to be processed must be determined by hand and used in the device. The invention aims to provide a device as mentioned above, which makes it possible to easily and quickly produce a portion of snow from a piece of ice and to easily and quickly keep the device ready for use or to prepare it for another snow-making operation. Furthermore, it is an object of the invention to save energy in the production of a frozen food. The device according to the invention achieves this by having a holding element, such as a guide cylinder, in which a container open towards the rasp, in which the ice piece is located, can be inserted, and wherein a base plate is arranged between the holding element and the rasp on which the container is supportable. The inventive method achieves this by the steps: pressing a Stamp on a container in which there is a piece of ice, and pressing moving the piece of ice out of an opening of the container in the direction of a rasp, generating a relative movement of the rasp to the container, and collecting the falling of the rasp snow with a cup-like vessel or a flat dishes. A preferred embodiment of the device is characterized in that the rasp and / or the punch are driven by a motor. In one embodiment of the invention, the rasp is designed flat and swinging movable. For further embodiment of the invention, the rasp is designed as a drum and rotatably movable. It is preferred in one embodiment of the invention that the rasp is designed as a circular disk and is rotatably movable. A preferred embodiment of the device is also characterized by the fact that the holding element is driven by a motor. In one embodiment of the invention, the stamp has a surface which presses onto the container and / or the piece of ice, which is flat, concave or convex. The inventive electric machine for generating snow has a device according to the invention, as well as a berth for parking a cup-like vessel or a flat dishes, wherein the berth is seen in the direction of gravity below the rasp, so that the generated snow in the vessel or can fall on the dishes. In addition, the electric machine may include a control program for the predetermined movement of the punch and the rasp. In one embodiment of the machine, the plunger can be moved by means of the control program with a pressure curve during the snow production process, the pressure curve being dependent on the relative velocity Δν or a relative angular velocity Δω between the grater 1 and the holding element. A preferred embodiment of the electric machine is characterized in that it comprises a cooling device for the berth and / or the device for generating snow with a rasp. In one embodiment of the invention, the machine has a device for the input of liquid detergent at least on the rasp, wherein the activation of this device is triggered by the control program. The device according to the invention for producing snow may in one embodiment also be designed as a handheld device, which has a handle, with which the flat rasp is firmly connected, and wherein the base plate is slidably connected via a frame with rails relative to the rasp. The invention will be explained in more detail with reference to embodiments shown in the drawings. 1 shows an oblique view of the device for producing snow, FIG. 2 shows a schematic section through the device, FIG. 3 shows an exploded view of the device, FIGS. 4 to 6 show embodiments of the rasp, FIG. 7 shows embodiments of the container 8 shows embodiments of the rasp, FIG. 9 shows an oblique view of the rasp with a container, and FIG. 10 shows a perspective view of the hand-held device. The creaminess of the ice cream is achieved in the invention not by artificial additives, but by the shape of the ice cream as snow. The snowflake-like consistency of the ice cream causes it to melt faster in the consumer's mouth than conventional ice cream. This leads to the creamy feeling of consumption. This effect makes it possible to offer normally non-creamy ice cream compositions as higher quality ice cream. These are e.g. Ice cream with added alcohol or any other hard-frozen ice cream variations. The addition of certain flavors or ingredients, such as cocoa, has so far caused the creaminess of the ice to suffer. By means of the method and the device according to the invention, an aromatised snow can now be produced which nevertheless has sufficient creaminess. Referring to Figures 1 and 2, there is a frozen liquid, e.g. water-based, as a piece of ice (not shown) in a container 2, which is guided within a guide cylinder 3. It is possible that the guide cylinder 3 can also be designed as a differently shaped retaining element, provided that only the container 2 can be held and safely brought to a rasp 1 in a relative speed. By a punch 4, a contact pressure on the container 2 and thus on the ice-cream piece in the container 2 is generated. The container 2 is open to the rasp 1, so that the ice piece is moved in the direction of the rasp 1 and pressed onto it. Meanwhile, the container 2 is supported on a base plate 5, which is arranged between the container 2 and rasp 1 and has a passage for the piece of ice. In this way one becomes Contact and abrasion of the container 2 on the rasp 1 prevented. The container 2 is brought together with the holding element (in this case, the guide cylinder 3) and / or the rasp 1 in a movement, as is known and common in all rasping operations. As soon as there is a relative velocity Δν or a relative angular velocity Δω between the ice piece and the rasp 1, the piece of ice is scraped off by the rasp 1 and the snow falls down below the rasp 1. The relative speed between ice slice and rasp 1 can be created by either moving the ice slice or the rasp 1, or both, linearly or rotationally. Only by the correct coordination of contact pressure and relative speed Δν or Δω powder-snowy pieces of the frozen liquid are scraped off. This powder snow now falls by its own weight and the prevailing gravity in a container or any surface. As a rasp 1, various types of rasps, graters, slicer or the like can be used. It is essentially flat solid pieces of material on which there is at least one chip-removing element. These are typically a variety of punched cutting edges, but can be of a different type as long as an ice slice can be finely planed with them. The container 2, in which the ice piece is located, can be made of any conceivable materials, such as e.g. Plastics, paper, natural products, etc., be executed. The container 2 is plastically deformed during the rubbing process and the pressing by the punch 4. It is therefore advantageous to design the geometry of the container 2 so that the piece of ice can be continuously pressed out of the container 2 and no parts of the container 2 get into the rasp 1 and thus land components of the container 2 in the finished powder snow. In order to achieve the goal of uniform and safe advancement of the ice piece by the punch 4, the end face, so the pressure-exerting surface 4a of the punch 4, flat, concave or convex. The shape and size of the ice crystals forming snowflakes of the powder snow is further dependent on the composition of the liquid itself, which forms the ice piece, on the exact blade geometry of the blades on the rasp 1 and other parameters. Depending on the interaction of these conditions, a projected top surface of the snowflake results from 0.5 mm2 to 10 mm2. In essence, the volume of a snowflake is up to 50 mm3. It comes through the powdery consistency of the grated frozen liquid to a volume increase of up to 800% compared to the starting volume. The process of making a portion of snow is completed when the punch 4 has moved the piece of ice as completely as possible out of the container 2 and through the rasp 1. The residual volume of untreated ice should be minimal. If the container 2 described so far is used, essentially as a kind of "Tab." can imagine, it comes to a surprising improvement in the hygiene properties of the device as a whole. Conventional ice cream must be consumed within a very short time so that no germs form on the surface. If the container of the above invention is designed so that this represents an ice cream portion, it can not necessarily come to Antauen the surface, since the container is opened directly before the preparation. Another great advantage of the above invention is the processing of frozen liquids. As already described, additives are added to the conventional ice cream during production in order to obtain the creaminess. Immediately after production, the conventional ice cream is frozen. From now on, the cold chain must not be interrupted until it is consumed. If this were to happen, in addition to the increased risk of bacterial infestation, the creaminess of the conventional ice cream would be lost, since upon refreezing, ice crystals form from pure water and destroy the sensation of creaminess. The invention made it possible light that the ground substance can be transported and stored until shortly before consumption in the liquid state. Only before consumption, the liquid together with the container 2 must be frozen. This reduces storage and transport costs, minimizes logistics costs and saves energy. In the embodiment according to FIGS. 1, 2 and 3, the rasp 1 is located on a frame 6, which in turn is slidably mounted on rails 7. In this way, the rasp 1 can be reciprocated in a predetermined manner oscillating and simultaneously folded up before or after preparation of a portion of snow and removal of the guide cylinder 3 and the base plate 5 for cleaning purposes. According to the same embodiment, the container 2 is designed as a downwardly open plastic cup having a cone 2B and a flange 2A around the opening of the container 2 around. The container can therefore rest stably on the base plate 5 and experience the pressure of the punch 4. In the direction of the rasp 1, only the piece of ice is then passed through an opening in the base plate 5 during the manufacturing process. The relative speed Δν or Δω, which lies in the plane of the rasp surface and acts perpendicular to the pressing direction of the punch 4, is achieved by bringing the piece of ice together with the container 2 into a speed v2 which is greater than 0, during which the grater 1 does not move. The speed of the grater vl is here 0. Alternatively, the grater is moved (vl Φ 0) and kept the piece of ice with container 2 immovable (v2 = 0). In a third alternative, both the grater 1 and the piece of ice together with container 2 are moved (vl Φ 0, v2 Φ 0, see Fig. 9). The partial velocities v1 and v2 can be generated by muscle power, pneumatically, hydraulically or electrically. The portion of the rasp 1, which in each case is in communication with the ice piece, is essentially flat. The rasp 1 in total can be designed according to FIGS. 4 to 6 and 9, for example, as a rectangular surface, circular disk, drum segment or entire drum. In the drum design, the cutting elements of the rasp 1 are on the peripheral surface of a cylinder. In the case of a swinging or rotating movement, what has been said for the partial speeds v1 and v2 applies to the angular velocity ωΐ of the rasp 1 or to the angular velocity ω2 of the container 2. According to Fig. 7, the container 2 can take many different forms. As advantageous, the presence of a flange 2A has been found, which is not necessary, however, as long as the container 2 rests firmly on the base plate 5 during pressing and does not slip partially or completely into the rasp 1. The container 2 may be cylindrical, conical or executed in a mixed form thereof. Advantageous for the operation, but also for the cost-effective production of the container 2 is a container 2 with a circular cross-section. According to FIG. 8, the teeth or blades on the rasp 1 can be embodied in different geometries. In order to further simplify the generation of a portion of the snow, the invention may be part of an electrical machine that begins to work fully automatically after the dog 2 is inserted and operating, for example, a start button. For the punch 4 is driven by a motor, wherein a control program triggers a variable contact pressure according to predetermined parameters on the punch 4 between the start time of the snow production and end time of snow production. The contact pressure is during the respective snow production process from the serving of a container 2 as a pressure curve, which is dependent on the relative speed .DELTA.V or a relative angular velocity .DELTA..omega. Between grater 1 and holding element or ice piece or the progress of the container pressing. Thus, it may be advantageous to increase the pressure from the beginning to the end of the pressing, to start high and lower or to vary in a curved manner. Furthermore, the relative speed Δν or Δω between the ice piece and the rasp 1 is provided by the motor. The machine then still has a berth, which is located below the rasp 1 and the snow generated in a cup-like vessel or a flat dishes catches. The bunk can be a closed space from several sides, which provides protection during snow production. However, the berth can also be a parking space which is kept free only for the vessel or dishes. After snow production according to this method, the snow of the electric machine can be removed, and further only the deformed container 2 can be removed and disposed of. In order to further simplify the operation of this machine and to make the manufacturing process safe, the essential parts or the machine as a whole can be cooled by known cooling devices, such as those used in refrigerators and the like. Further, all parts of the machine and the snow-making device that are in contact with the ice and the snow can be automatically rinsed. For this purpose, a rinsing agent, such as water or water with flushing substances dissolved therein, guided by known hoses, channels and pumps to the elements to be cleaned of the machine and ensures a safe and clean collection of used rinse water. In this way, the invention can also be used in the gastronomic sector, where electricity, water and wastewater connections are sufficiently available. The electric machine then has a control program which, inter alia, detects the presence of the correct container 2, ensures movement of the stamp and initiation of the relative movement Δν or Δω and the container 2 and the grater 1, triggers the rinsing process after generation of the snow and controls and continuously ensures sufficient cooling of the machine parts. In Fig. 10, another embodiment of the invention is shown as a hand-held device. The rails 7 are connected directly to the rasp 1, which in turn is attached to a handle. The container is inserted into the guide cylinder 3, which is e.g. by bayonet closure with the base plate 5 can be connected, and at its opposite end a cap 9, which in the punch 4 (in Fig. 10, not shown) passes. The first hand of the user holds by handle 8, the rasp 1 to a desired location, while the second hand presses the stamp on the cap 9 on the container 2 and at the same time the container 2 with respect to the rasp 1 reciprocates.
